CUVÉE LA CHAPELLE Blanc – La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline is the exceptional Cuvée of Château Sainte Roseline. Made from a selection of our best plots, this wine produced in limited quantities will delight the most demanding palates.
WINEMAKING PROCESS : Harvest conducted by a conveyor belt, avoiding the alteration of the berries, then carefully sorted and destemmed. Loading of the pneumatic presses by gravity and away from oxygen, preserving the full potential of the harvest. Cold stalling of the musts for 8 days.
The must is then left to settle, resulting in clear juices prior to alcoholic fermentation, in 18 hl wooden vats to preserve the finesse and balance of the wine. 10 months’ maturing on fine lees with stirring gives the wine its full complexity.
